Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at LinX Vista CGMS. This Return Policy applies to both one-time orders and subscription orders. 

 

Standard Returns

Pursuant to Article 9 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers may return unopened LinX medical devices within 30 days from the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original sealed packaging with all tamper-evident labels intact
  • No signs of use, damage, or contamination are present

Please contact us with your order information and your request. A return address will be provided through email (Located in Hong Kong). Please do not send to the address on the package. 

There is no restock fee. However, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting us. Once the order has been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer permitted. 


Quality-related Issue

Should your LinX device exhibit manufacturing defects within normal use:

  1. Maintain the device in as-received condition (do not remove applied sensors)
  2. Immediately notify us with:
    • Detailed description of the defect
    • Photographic/video evidence
    • Device serial number
  3. Upon confirmation of defect under Article 10 of EU MDR 2017/745:
    • Free replacement will be issued or
    • Pro-rata refund calculated based on usage duration

 

Subscription Orders

Each subscription shipment is treated as a separate order.

  • Paid subscription shipments follow the same return policy as one-time orders: you may return items within 30 days of receipt.
  • Unpaid or pending subscription orders can be edited, paused, or canceled at any time before payment is processed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process within 48 hours.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the time for the funds to be fully processed and appear in your account varies:

  • For payments made via PayPal: Refunds are typically received within 1-3 business days after we process them.

  • For payments made via Credit/Debit Card: It usually takes 7 to 15 business days for the refund to be fully processed and reflected in your account, as this timeline is dependent on your card issuer’s policies.
