Subscription Policy
The LinX Vista CGMS Subscription is an automatic recurring delivery service designed to ensure a continuous supply of the product.
Subscription Enrollment
To create a Subscription, you must:
- Select your preferred Bundle on the product page.
- Choose Subscription under the available purchase options.
- Complete checkout using PayPal.
By completing checkout, you authorize us to charge your PayPal account on a recurring basis according to your selected Subscription cycle. The first Subscription order is charged immediately at the time of purchase.
Billing & Payment
- First order: Charged immediately upon Subscription enrollment.
- Subsequent orders: Charged automatically at the beginning of each Subscription cycle (15/30/60 days).
- All payments are processed through PayPal.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid and active PayPal account. If a payment fails, your Subscription may be delayed, paused, or canceled until payment issues are resolved. Prices may vary due to taxes, shipping fees, or changes in applicable laws, depending on your location.
Subscription Discounts
Discounts for Subscription orders are applied as follows:
- The first Subscription order does not include a Subscription discount.
- Eligible website discount codes may be applied to the first order only and do not automatically carry over.
- Starting from the second Subscription cycle, a 10% Subscription discount will be applied automatically to eligible Subscription orders.

Delivery & Fulfillment
Subscription orders are scheduled according to the selected Subscription cycle. Estimated delivery dates may vary due to shipping carriers, customs processing, or other external factors. You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address is accurate and up to date. Orders that have already been processed or shipped will be fulfilled as scheduled.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your Subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to “Subscriptions”
Available management options include:
- Changing the Subscription interval and product
- Pausing the Subscription (Temporarily stops future charges and deliveries until the Subscription is resumed. )
- Rescheduling the next delivery (Changes the next delivery and billing date. )
- Skipping an upcoming order (Skips one upcoming order without canceling the Subscription. )
- Canceling the Subscription (No future charges will be applied. Orders that have already been processed or shipped will still be fulfilled. )
All changes must be made before the next scheduled charge to take effect.

Delivery Issues & Exceptions
If a Subscription delivery is delayed, unavailable, or impacted by supply issues, we will notify you via email.
Depending on the situation, you may be offered the option to:
- Reschedule the delivery
- Skip the affected order
- Cancel the Subscription
Changes to This Subscription Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Changes will take effect once posted on our website. Your continued use of the Subscription service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
Governing Law
This Subscription Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
